We’ll make it right by sending a replacement or offering a refund.
Proof of purchase and photos of the issue may be requested.


Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or wrong item sent).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe delivery of your return.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to complete the refund.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need the same item replaced, contact us and we’ll arrange it.
