Where is my order?

Most orders arrive within 6–8 business days.

My package hasn’t moved / is delayed.

During high-demand periods, shipping carriers may experience delays.
If your tracking hasn’t updated for 48–72 hours, this is still normal.
Check Track My Order before reaching out.

How do returns work?

We offer a 30-day return policy.
Items must be unopened and in original condition, due to healthy regulation policy's.
